Sustainability
The mountain is part of our nature.
Our sustainability stems from this place and the people who give it life.
Here, every decision is a commitment to the territory, to its memory, and to its future.

Revitalize the interior. People at the center!
We are in the interior of the country because we believe in its potential. We want to bring life, put down roots, and generate opportunities in a territory that is so often forgotten. For us, sustainability means, above all, people: the local communities and our employees. It is with them and for them that we are building this project.

Caring for culture as a living heritage.
We believe that culture is also a form of sustainability. We support and develop cultural activities that promote, energize, and preserve the identity of this territory, giving voice to its stories, traditions, and expressions. We want the hotel to be a place where intangible heritage remains alive, reinvents itself, and is shared with those who live here and those who visit us.

To live off what is local and nearby.
From the kitchen to the architecture, from the decoration to the tangible details, we choose what is from here. We prioritize local products in gastronomy, construction, and interiors, using wool from the region and working side-by-side with shepherds, farmers, and artisans. Each dish, each piece, each texture is also a way to support the local economy, value traditional knowledge, and strengthen the connection between the hotel and the human landscape that surrounds it.

Hiking in the mountains. Respecting nature.
We promote mountain hikes and the responsible use of hiking trails, taking care of their preservation, maintenance, and cleaning. We believe that discovering the territory on foot is a way to get to know it and, at the same time, to learn how to protect it. We want each step in the mountains to be gentle on nature and profound in the relationship between those who traverse it and the landscape.
