In a season defined by transformation and renewal, we have the perfect suggestion for your skin's health, renewing the epidermis and restoring the hydration it needs. It begins with a body exfoliation that allows us to renew the epidermis, followed by a Vichy massage.

Mountain Retreat
A moment of relaxation and muscle recovery after hiking. Includes a hiker's massage aimed at preparing and/or recovering muscle tissue for physical activity, with special attention to the back and legs. A waterfall massage includes foot hydration, exfoliation, wraps, and massage. Finally, a biodynamic massage that seeks to unblock breathing and release physical and emotional tension.
